Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 3-5 business days


Shipping orders may vary due to holidays due to shipping companies. Sometimes we get high volume orders which affects the speed of the order process, if any delays occur make sure to contact us at amitys24hr@gmail.com

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

Parcels shipped with express ship methods may take longer than the projected timeline displayed during checkout to arrive due to high shipment volume in relation to COVID-19 and cannot be guaranteed. Any express delays will not be eligible for a refund at this time. Due to current circumstances, it is our highest priority to do our part to ensure the health and safety of our customers. Our shipping partner and fulfillment center, FedEx, are working diligently to follow best practices and protocols to ensure your gear is delivered safely while COVID-19 is in effect.

Order confirmation and tracking number will be sent the same day of purchase.

Customs, duties, and taxes

Amitys Professional is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Amitys is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

We use DHL Express, time and cost is dependent on location.
